Why is it that we are so drawn to the things we can not obtain. No matter what it is, love, money, food, fame--IF we can not have it, we want it. We will do anything to obtain it.

Who doesn't love the thrill of the chase? It gives us something to strive for. I think all of the things you listed are attainable

I think this theme speaks to a core dilemma within human nature. This could be a very interesting design project where artists could create images that represent things they want but cannot obtain. I'd like to see what people come up with.

I agree. I think we all as humans have lofty desires and ambitions. Which is great because without our lofty desires we wouldn't have dreamers and innovators... but not so great because it leaves a lot of us feeling unsatisfied with what we have because we haven't gotten what we wish for.
